  • ask you questions to understand your needs

  • offer mental health advice

  • complete a brief assessment

  • make recommendations for appropriate care​

  • short-term, confidential support if you’re feeling overwhelmed, or having difficulty staying safe

  • a listener without judgement

  • a safe space to discuss your needs, worries or concerns
